Contact form submissions and enquiry data are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No transmission method over the internet is completely secure, but we follow industry best practices.

We use the following third-party services, each operating under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics
  • Supabase — data storage and form submissions

To submit a complaint, email nadiyah@novaasolutions.co.uk with the subject line 'Data Protection Complaint'. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receipt and provide a full response without undue delay.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
